 Ingredients: 

1 + ½ cup (180g) all-purpose flour 
- 2 tablespoons (15g) milk powder 
- 1 teaspoon (6g) baking soda 
- 1 cup (200g) castor sugar 
- ½ cup (120mL) vegetable oil 
- ¼ cup (72g) yogurt 
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) lemon juice 
- 2 teaspoons (10ml) vanilla extract 
- 1 + ¼ cup (300mL) pineapple juice.


 Instructions: 

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare an 8-inch (20cm) cake pan by greasing it with butter or oil and lining it with parchment paper. 
2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, milk powder, and baking soda. Set the dry mixture aside. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and vegetable oil. Add in the yogurt, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, and mix until everything is well combined. 
4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the pineapple juice. Continue to mix until everything is smooth and well-combined. 5. Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan and smooth out the surface with a spatula. 6. Bake the cake for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. 
7. Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
