Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup water
Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray or butter.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and water.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Serve the cake as is or frost it with your favorite frosting. 
 8. Top the cake with whipped cream and choco chip and chocolate sauce  for a delicious finishing touch. With these easy-to-follow steps, you'll be able to make a delicious eggless chocolate cake right in your own kitchen.
